Folk musicians are cute.

Especially if they happen to be Ellis. She was here for the grand finale of Peace Week and she made me extremely happy. She joked pleasantly while on stage, told a couple of stories, played and sang wonderfully. Her drummer is hot, too. After the show A, D, B&S and I went to her merchandise table and quickly purchased CDs. I got her first album, Soft Day, D got Blueprint Live, and S got the new Tigers Above, Tigers Below ... and then, of course, we got them signed. D was a little shy, but I pushed him into it.

After chatting Ellis up for a little bit [and holding up the line in the process], we went outside in the pouring rain and ... well, we had a very nice night.

It was a beautiful Saturday.
